As the most tenured physical therapist at Performance Medicine & Sports Therapy, Emily Citro Odeh has proudly served our patients for over 8 years.
 
With more than 10 years of experience specializing in sports and orthopedic rehabilitation, she has helped active individuals of all levels – from professional and college athletes to weekend warriors and everyone in between – recover from injuries, reduce pain, and return to the activities they love. Her expertise includes advanced manual therapy, orthopedics, and dry needling (Levels I and II), allowing her to deliver precise, evidence-based care tailored to your unique goals and lifestyle.
 
Emily earned her bachelor’s degree in Health & Exercise Science from the University of Oklahoma, where she was a collegiate cheerleader after a background as a competitive gymnast. She then completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy at Texas Woman’s University in Dallas. To further hone her skills in sports and orthopedic manual therapy, she pursued and completed a rigorous three-year fellowship through the Institute for Athlete Regeneration (IAR), earning her prestigious FAAOMPT credential from the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists.
 
Outside the clinic, Emily stays active with CrossFit workouts, running, hiking in Colorado with her family, and traveling the world with her husband – experiences that remind her daily of the joy movement brings to her life.
