Because care here is delivered 7-days a week in a state-of-the-art 15,000 square foot facility where appointments are unrushed, conversations are real, and treatment is personal, high-energy, and individualized. Your care is led by residency and fellowship trained sports and orthopedic providers/doctors who actually care about you both as a patient and as a human being. Through our multidisciplinary model, PMST has every tool needed to support your recovery and help prevent future injury – all under one roof.

Yes. We offer free movement and injury assessments so you can understand what is going on, ask questions, and determine the right next steps before committing to treatment. If you do not need treatment or if we are not best for you and your goals – we will tell you. 

Yes. We accept most major insurance plans and verify your benefits upfront so you know your treatment costs before starting care. We also offer affordable cash-pay options and payment plans. 

No initial referral is required. You can start physical therapy, primary care or chiropractic care immediately without waiting for a physician referral.

We treat all ages – youth athletes, adults, and active older individuals, tailoring care to each stage of life and activity level.

Our chiropractic care is nothing like five-minute adjustment clinics. Appointments last 30 to 45 minutes and focus on hands-on soft tissue work, mobility, and corrective treatment rather than quick neck cracking and sending you on your way.

Yes. Our Doctors of Physical Therapy are residency or fellowship-trained in orthopedic and sports physical therapy, providing advanced expertise beyond standard outpatient care.

Yes! No need to wait for pain relief. Same-day appointments are available 7-Days a week with early and late hours for your convenience. Allowing you to address injuries quickly and avoid worsening symptoms.

We offer advanced recovery services including cryotherapy, sauna, dry needling, and a dedicated recovery lounge with Hyperice tools and more to support faster healing and consistent training.
